Though you are gone,you are not forgotten
And we know your'e in a far better place,
And someday soon we will all meet again
When we all shall gather face to face,

What a day that will be when we all are there
Our earthly trials will be a thing of the past,
No more sorrows nor tears to cry
When we're safely on the other side at last,

Joy unspeakable awaits all of us there
As Jesus promised from His Word so long ago,
Such joy unspeakable that we cannot grasp it
It's more than our hearts and mind can know,

So though we miss you and always will
Gods promises cause us to rejoice and sing,
For we know you are safe in heaven above
At home with your heavenly King.
